Where do we make shipments?

To Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

To Portugal (excluded the Azores and Madeira Islands).

What carrier does the delivery do?

Currently the company in charge of shipments is NaCex and CorreosExpress.

What cost do shipments have?

The price of shipments for all areas in which we make deliveries is € 4.25 VAT included.

What is the delivery time?

As a general rule we deliver 24/48 hours on working days, with the following cases:

  • Orders made before 12:00 on the working day are delivered the next working day.
  • The orders made after 12:00 on the working day, are delivered in 2 working days.
  • Orders made on weekends and holidays are delivered in 2 working days.

Orders are not processed or deliveries, Sundays and holidays are made.

We always try to comply with these delivery deadlines, but there may be cases in which it is not possible:

  • Stock rupture or punctual unavailability of an article, in that case, we will contact the client to immediately communicate a new delivery period or, if it were not possible to serve said product, proceed to its cancellation.
  • Cases of force majeure: strikes, accidents, etc.

In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the client to demand compensation.

 

What do you have to do if you detect any problem with delivery?

In the event that the client detects a problem at the time of delivery delivery (broken packaging, missing or deteriorated products) must indicate it in writing in the delivery man's delivery albarán, and contact our customer service center , that you will find at the bottom of our website, within the 2 months of the reception. No return of damaged article will be admitted, as well as a claim of missing article, if it has not been communicated within the established period.
