On our 45th anniversary, we put a name and a face to some of the people who are part of that journey.

Some people know a company, while others have grown up with it from day one. Javier has spent 45 years watching processes, teams, and collections change. His memory is also part of the history of Pitillos.

Behind every collection are decisions that go unseen. For 22 years, María has been transforming ideas into patterns and patterns into possibilities, seeking the perfect balance between design, comfort, and functionality.

Finishing is the final look before a shoe begins its journey. Verónica has spent 24 years checking every detail and proving that quality also means commitment to the team.

There are jobs that are almost never seen by the person who puts on a shoe. Alfonso has spent over 30 years in shoemaking: precision, experience, and care in every stitch to shape the upper of the shoe.

Quality starts much earlier

The quality of a shoe doesn't begin when it's finished. It begins much earlier: with an idea, a pattern, a stitch, an inspection, a box prepared for shipping. Every detail is part of a shared process. And every person is too.
